experiences with the GGL line
I thought they were fantastic a couple of months ago and I find them to be similar to gold now at best + it's not that they have any more rights or power to do much more than other lines it seems
I guess helping very demanding passengers all the time is nerve wracking.
I end up calling the blue line now...1-2 mins wait but often have someone who gets less 'demanding' passengers and is truly motivated to help a 'frequent' traveller.
Do you have similar experiences?
