When I visit Indonesia in August I am going to have to pay cash for a lot of the hotels and drivers I use as well as VOA and departure tax. I plan to bring some US $ with me as some places I'm staying will take them. I will use my credit card where I can but most of the hotels I'm using don't take them.

Is there any limit to how many rupiah a day you can get from an ATM machine? I don't like carrying lots of cash around with me and I don't rust leaving it in hotel safes. If it's easy to get a lot of money from an ATM then I won't have to bring as much US $'s with me.
