It is a bit odd - I haven't been able to see my JJ reservation from the very beginning [booked on Expedia] on the full website, but mobile version works fine [for review only, can't get seats to stick].
Darn...I got excited about being able to do seat selection and then when I read that I went back and checked and the seats were unassigned again.
Oh well, hopefully they don't oversell too much at the very least. I'll have to try and do mobile check in as soon as it will allow me to and see if they seat selection will work then.
