Ok, here's a question that I'm having a hard time finding the answer to.

Can I use points to upgrade to a club level room at RC? At some point, I seem to recall there were different point levels to redeem (i.e. 30k for standard room and 60k for club level) but I've not seen that in quite a while. Has that been an across the board change or am I just not finding the right dates?
