I bought TAM tickets via Zuji a while ago. Until this past weekend I was able to check the reservation on the TAM site and even (apparently) select seats using the TAM record locator. I had troubles entering FF nos, but don't seriously care about that.
Starting this weekend I consistently get an error message saying:
Error: Sorry! An error has occurred. Please try again by entering your search query below, or visit our site later. But don't worry. Just call our Call center...
Anyway, like you I hope all is OK when I finally try to check in.
My thought was that TAM might have done some sort of system upgrade and broken their web site (as so many airlines have managed to do all too often).
Our first flight is on 6 April, and I guess I will keep checking. Not too optimistic about ringing TAM since I am currently in Australia, leaving later this week for Argentina.
I do not know of any way to use the E-ticket number to access the reservation.
