Bought a TAM airpass a few months ago for an upcoming trip to Brazil. I've been trying to look up the reservation on the TAM website but it won't accept my reservation code (the JJ one I was provided).

Is there any way to look up the reservation with the ticket numbers instead? I would just rather not have any surprises once I get down there and if I can't look up the reservation online I'm wondering if I'll even be able to check in online...

Any info would be appreciated.
