At least we don't have major problems with the "employee class" syndrom as at United.

I'm thankful that we AC pass riders are more discrete than UA/AA/DL non-revs.... you can always tell who the non-revs are on AC *before* they even get to the counters!!!

I've also noticed that Canadian travelers respect our pilots a lot more than at the US counterparts... I've seen people move out of the way for captains and co-pilots while in line...
