Did it yesterday (BRG) and it dropped right into my account within several hours. Not a bad deal, but IHG and Choice BRG are better, IMO, because the whole night is totally free. $50 off one night isn't bad, but pales in comparison. They need to let you stack the coupons, then it would be worth it.
