Had 4 MU flights in January none of which credited automatically but the FB C in Canada posted them within a week of claiming.
Flew YVR-PVG-DPS/BKK-PVG-YVR in BC. The 332s used on the TPAC route are like KL's. 3 abreast 3 row cabin in the front and 2 row mini-cabin behind door 2. Seats are horizontal lie flat and very nice. Food is more than adequate and I thought very good (Western and Chinese) with steak the best my wife and I have had on any airline -overall much better than KL and AF. Wines are the weak point (Shanghai pax just don't seem to drink). Crew is very attentive but not particularly pro-active. Other than the wine, I'd say it's one of the strongest competitors across the Pacific (and that includes CX).
I can only comment on the outboun PVG-DPS flight. It's a redeye on 332 that is non-horizontal flat beds (4 rows in the front of the a/c) so there are two configurations of 332s. Crew is very flexible. A cold tray is offered and you don't have to eat after takeoff. On both the redeye flights (DPS and BKK), I asked to be served <1 hr before landing and they kept an eye on me and served the meal when they saw me awake. The crew so the intra-Asia fights just turnaround so don't expect the best on the return leg from DPS (They would have been up all night). The 332 flight to DPS was new for the season in early January so the crew didn't know about let alone distributed Indo landing cards.
