Most of the time we try to keep the "cons" seperated from everyone else. (Cons = Contingent Passengers / Pass Riders / Non-Revs). But sometimes, we'll get a few folks who really don't travel much and feel like they are "SO" Important because they have a travel card.

What I don't get is, why AC sent that out, when most travelers don't know what a travel card is, to begin with.

Non-reving on AC is much nicer than other airlines... our employees don't board w/ their lanyons around their necks (which is basicly a TARGET) and tend to be *very* discrete.

On board, however, is a different story.
