Booking a connecting flight - flying part of it
So I'm trying to book a flight to Madrid for an important seminar on Thursday 28th, but I'm having finding one that suits my financial/seating needs.

BUT there is a flight to Granada in Business, which is cheaper than a direct flight on Business to Madrid by at least 140GBP. Would I be able to just fly part of it with no trouble and still collect tier points etc??

What about the return? If i showed up landside at Madrid would they question how I missed the Granada flight?

Can't find any avios availability
