Just finished my 2 night stay. The hotel actually opened on 19 Feb so it's still very new and occupancy during my stay was very low - I was told that on the three exec floors there were 4 guests on Friday.
The hotel is located in Chaoyang just off E3rd ring road about 1.5 miles south of the Westin and on the same side of the road. I couldn't find directions in Chinese anywhere so emailed the hotel who sent me detailed info to print for the taxi driver.
Being HH Diamond I was upgraded to a king exec room on the 27th floor. The rooms are very nice, tasteful decor and floor to ceiling windows for good views of the smog. Bathroom is huge with 2 sinks, large bath and huge walk in shower. The lights take a while to figure out as there are multiple fittings and switches.
The lounge is on the 29th floor and has panoramic windows and is very large. There was a good breakfast selection. I didn't try any of the restaurants but they look good.
It's probably too early for a detailed review as the hotel is largely empty and the staff are all over you, even escorting me to my room from the lounge! However, the rooms are great, pretty quiet and well appointed, as is the hotel. The location is good, too.
