The 380 has Skybed MkII (fully flat), the 330 has Skybed MkI (sloped flat). So, if it is an overnight flight this may be a key consideration.

Others can comment on the 380 in J more generally as I have yet to try, but my recent experience on the 330 BKK-SYD was that it wasn't my best ever J cabin experience long haul that I have had...
