It's in the late A's. I'm actually incredibly impressed. I was figuring they would do it within the hour. They have done significantly better than the other concierge services in the past and this just proves how good they are. Also, yes its true I could get a friend to do it, but I kind of wanted to test them anyway and don't care that much about an exit row so I'm not willing to pay extra for that possibility.

However, in terms of getting reservations to fancy restaurants and the like, I don't know how they compare to AMEX and V Sig because I don't generally live that style of life yet. Quiznos ftw.
