Update: Was just bumped again (perfect storm of basketball and spring break in MCI) and received another voucher. Was given the pat answer of "can not use for alcohol" by one vendor. Went to another vendor who considered it more carefully and said it is acceptable for alcohol. I guess it will take a while to shake the memory of the old coupons.
