I see two methods that make this relatively painless:
1) The year end annual statement has a "Total Annual Spend" at the top of page 3. That number will be the miles to divide with your partners if you aren't worried about some of the bonus points.
2) Once a month go to UA website and look at your account activity. There's a section "Non-Airline Activity" which shows the award points for each credit card. One line item "Chase Explorer Card Purchases " will be your personal, while the other one will be your business card.
