If you are into serious work out take the train (S-Bahn) from FRA airport station to Frankfurt/Main Hauptwache which is downtown and check-in at one of the studios. The train needs exactly 15 minutes (the fare is cheap) and the fitness center is a 2 minutes walk. There are plenty of different work out places.
