I didn't even ask about the CX or AA lounge in NRT. There is no OneWorld louge better than JL First lounge, and because of that, it is actually pretty crowded.
My parents went to the JL Sakura Lounge in May 2012 and they were very pleased with that they offered. I can't think of another lounge that offers much better personal service than the JL lounges did in NRT. Not even CX Pier/Cabin. CX Pier/Cabin has better food and wine options, however.
CX Wing F lounge at HKG with their private cabanas can be a nice relaxing retreat away from the crowd. The JL F lounge at NRT is nice, but as mentioned above can be crowded at peak times. However all the major OW F lounges are often crowded at peak times (QF F lounge at SYD, BA GF lounge at LHR and AA FL at JFK).
