Flight Attendants put a BIG adv in our local paper today chastising Allegiant for, once again, stranding thousands of customers in HNL because they don't have backup planes. Allegiant may be in big trouble. FAs want better communication and compensation. So, the future for Allegiant in Hawaii looks bleak.
A friend of mine and his wife flew BOI-HNL-BOI a couple weeks ago and their $300 fare he initially bragged about turned into almost $500 a person. Extra$$ to pick a specif seat, extra$$ for checked and carry on luggage. Extra$$ for sodas & food. I'll stick to UA, AA & AS.
