Corporate contracts are confidential by their terms. But, bear in mind that those are generally based on travel projected in $250K bundles with most way over that.
AND I wouldnt be surprised if non elites are still going to be charged bag fees. Most of the travelers are likely to be elites already and exempt from bag fees and other fees and if not thats not what the contracts are really all about. I think most contracts are more for crony perks for the big wigs than it is to save a few bucks on bag fees. IE if your company bundles X amount of dollars we will give you and your board members each 100,000 miles, put you in paid F for 25% discount, give you 5 gold memberships to gift out, etc
I worked for an un named national company that had agreements with UA and WN for air and Avis for cars. After I found out what kickbacks the CEO and his entourage was getting every time that corporate code went into the Avis rental res, I quit putting it in and put in my own.
