Whenever the GA runs the tickets. Hopefully if they suspect a problem they will hold off, but I believe most do the work after the door is closed and the jetway is retracted. That's a good sign no one else is boarding or getting off.

If they start to roll back to the gate, I'd be on the phone to EXP right away to see if they can protect your original flight or find another option.
