The cabanas are very useful if you want to work especially if you need to conference call. I also like being in the lounge but away from other people. Service is also invariably better in the cabanas the call bell can be very useful.

I haven't done the new F cabanas at HKG yet but the old ones were probably a better overall space even if they lacked the desk of the CCR cabanas. The personal TV's in the T5 cabanas is however very useful if you want to watch a sporting event, given the limited TV facilities (one awkwardly placed screen) in the main lounge.
