There may be amounts for $75 and $100 as well. Each program has it's own rules and other rewards options. I find e-miles to accrue at the rate of about 500 per 8 month once past the sign-up bonuses, if only clicking on the 5 point offers. A few accounts receive more lucrative surveys.
