+1 and often when this happens, I need only back out to a different menu choice on the same page. For example, if I fail to get data on the upgrade list, I choose the standby list, get that data and then can choose to see and I get the upgrade list data I wanted all along.
Interesting as when I try that, it never works and I have to "back out" as I noted above
