Called the SE desk yesterday to change some seat assignments, and asked about my new card at the same time. AC agent was shocked that I hadn't received it yet (I laughed), and called over to the AE SE desk to check. He came back and said that all had been processed as of Feb 26, so I should have received it by now. He put in the request for AE to reissue my card and tags. He said it will probably be a couple of weeks before I get them.
So, maybe I will end up with 2 sets, hopefully I will have at least 1.
