There are 3 Cabanas indeed - 2 on the main corridor and one towards the toilet area.
I have only been in the 2 on the corridor and they were great (though really really warm), but was told that the other one is smaller (though have never seen it).
I have used it as a place where the kids can watch tv without bothering anyone else.

I've used them a bit over the last year, and generally found them very cold. And I'm not a 'cold' person who needs the heat turned up, in hotel rooms I normally have aircon on high.
They're ok if you want to get some sleep in private. But a bit dull to be in for long.
