We did something similar (flight arrived at 10:30PM, 6AM train). We stayed at this guesthouse near the airport. Less than US$30 per night. For a small fee, they picked us up at the airport, and we were in our room within 20 minutes of leaving the airport. They also arranged for a taxi to pick us up early the next morning to take us to the train station (about a 45-minute drive). Very simple accommodations, but clean. And the owners were very friendly and helpful.
