There is a glitch in the booking system. I did a name change (for Avios & TP reasons) on two bookings I made 1 UuA and one Reward booking. When the name switch was done I got my wife's Exec number and she and my son got mine! The lady on the Gold Card line said she has no idea how it happened as the system won't normally accept even a letter difference in the name from what is in the exec account details.
