BAEC Number wrong in the booking
A bit tricky to summerise the thread in the title, but this is my question:
I have just booked a couple of reward flights for my son and daughter (both BAEC members for many years). They are both, together with me and Mrs O in our 'Household account'.
On the 'drop-down' menu of who is/are the pax (at the booking stage) they are listed, with their correct BAEC numbers.
Having made the booking, in 'MMB' both of them are listed as having MY BAEC number, and there seems no way to edit this.
When either log in as themselves, the booking is correct (names etc) except that under 'Passenger Details' the BAEC numbers are still showing as mine...
This has never happend before (as far as I can remember).
Now, I know that it is of little consequence, as this is a reward flight and so no points to be awarded, but it niggles me that it is wrong and I can't change it.
