United had also great animations and sketches, with the Rhapsody in blue music, that used to give the brand an identity. The Continental management came in, but, now, does anyone know what United stands for?

Starwood should not damage the image of the brand and keep people with style and innovation in mind, in charge. Going back and forth from Westin to Le Meridien will certainly not help them accomplish that goal.
