QR have reduced some Asian serves from 31MAR13 to 31MAY13 due to aircraft redeployment as Boeing 787 aircraft remains grounded for the first-half of Summer 2013 schedule.

It's quite normal for airlines to contact travel agents when flights are booked via a travel agent.
