I emailed the address I provided in the above thread. MH responded approx 5 days later that I do qualify for STPC, and booked me a single room at the Sama Sama hotel. No food provided.

I emailed them back if I needed to get a voucher from MH, and they haven't replied yet. Hope this helps future MH travelers.
