The funny thing is that my travel agent only called me Day 3 into the event. (They were notified on Day 0 but didn't want to alert me to cause alarm since they wanted to sort this out with QR first before telling me what options I have.) So I've had a reservation on QR with a MINUS 190 MINUTE connection sitting for THREE days with QR not taking action. This is REALLY bizarre.

I don't even know how comfortable I would feel even if someone in QR did take charge, sort it out, and proactively let me know. The only impression I get is that they sell tickets and plan routes without thinking of what the potential load factor is, and that this is an airline that cancels flights as it pleases when the numbers don't add up.
