It is amazing how much they screw up.

On the Android app I routinely see total travel time for my reservations that say "null" and try this, go on the regular website and move your mouse over the progress bar for MQM's, if the bar is blue the caption "Medallion Qualification Miles/Segments" appears and if you move it over the grey area it says "undefined".
