Many thanks. I did consider KUL/TYO but I've been to TYO recently, so would prefer to transfer somewhere I haven't yet visited. I ruled out KUL because to use the Amex 2-4-1 I will have to do the Lon-Far East-Lon portions of the open jaw on BA metal. Thanks for the advice!
