Technically yes, but in the dimension that the sizer doesn't really measure/enforce. It's very unlikely it would be noticed, especially since the sizer is slightly bigger than the specified directions.
The sizer measures width, which is the dimension that is almost 2 inches too large. I am just saying there is no guarantee they will permit it. I rarely see the sizer used.
