When I was at OGG Monday, the gate agents were selling upgrades to sjc for $150. I asked if it should be $100, since the flight is under 2500 miles, but they insisted it was $150 from Hawaii to West Coast. Upgrade via OLCI wasn't available on any of my flights this year.
