On a six leg trip YYZ-YYT return, Feb 15 out, Feb 20 back, 5 legs showed up right away, but a middle leg (YYT-YHZ) has still not been posted a week later. Is this unusual?

Also Future Shop 1000 mile bonus coupon used before Christmas is still not posted, though clearly noted on invoice. Also still waiting for 2 Delta Hotels and a Budget rent a car from before Christmas. Notified Aeroplan 2 weeks ago, still no action. Am I impatient, or what's next?
