Hilton Fallsview Hotel & Suites, Niagara Falls, Ontario

Usual upgrade for us (HHonors Gold) when we booked the lowest King Cityview room was, for all our stays last year (no stays so far this year), an upgrade to a King Studio Fallsview room which had a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Also because there is no executive lounge in that property, we received complimentary full hot buffet breakfasts in either the restaurant on the main level or the Watermark restaurant on the 33rd floor with great views of the falls, when it's open for breakfast during the busier seasons.

Note that although the hotel is showing some smoking rooms still available, after renovations in the South Tower (newer North Tower is all non-smoking), we were told that this hotel will propably become totally non-smoking. Also, if as been reported that all Hiltons will be getting Exec Lounges in 2013, the upgrades to both the better rooms and breakfast will probably change unless you've booked a room on the Executive Floor or an Executive Room, which would probably do away with the comped upgrades for Golds at this property.
