I can very easily relate to this. When I booked my mom on business a couple years back (she didn't fly but that's another story), she went totally ballistic. She couldn't believe it was really free and demanded that she buys her own ticket (not on business, of course, that'd be a terrible waste). She thought it was a ploy on my part to give her a handout. She's still having a hard time believing that I travel for free. You may find it hard to understand but some folks are really like that, old and young.
