Unfortunately, 4h:20m () wouldn't be much time to do anything in the city, considering the time to get to Centraal. AMS is a great airport though, you could definitely find things to do. I like the KLM lounges there, which are good to pass some time, but check out the rest of the airport as well. If the weather is good, there are some outdoor viewing areas.
