Really borderline... you could conceivably take the train to the Central Station, but you would really not be able to do anything once you got there except turn around and go back to the airport. As a GM, you will have lounge privileges.

I am fairly conservative when it comes to timing at airports, so I would not suggest leaving the airport. The airport itself has plenty of shops and restaurants to entertain, as well as your presumed lounge privileges.
