There is no issue with regard to the
LH website itself -- it correctly shows that the status of the segment is "Waitlist"[ed] (i.e. opposite of "Confirmed").
From a practical perspective, however, this specific Waitlist has no prospect of ever clearing (unless manual intervention takes place), so such booking is pointless.
