So true. US-based airlines get a bad reputation for rude/indifferent FA, but any FA can have a bad day regardless of where the airline is based. I have seen FA range from excellent to not-so-good on American, United, Delta, Eva, and Singapore. Fortunately, the really good FA outnumber the poor. I was on a Singapore flight where most of the FA were good, but there were 1 or 2 very surly ones.
