For what it is worth there seems to be excellent redemption availability in F at the moment during July/August when the sale fares are active. There was good CW availability too but the CW fare is only a couple of hundred pounds more than the WT+ fare.

You can UUA to F for GBP 2,199.05 + 70k Avios. I did this yesterday and am quite pleased.
