Sheraton sells access to the gym- I do not recall if it is 25 or 35 EUR per person. It is quite a nice fitness centre for an airport hotel- good quality equipment.
I'm flying through FRA soon with a long layover. Based on this posting, I emailed the Sheraton FRA to ask. The response was that they do not provide access to the gym for non guests or at a fee. Unless there is a special negotiated deal for F passengers? Based on their website, you could purchase a day room and that would provide access to the gym. However, this is around EUR 149.00. The fees for the gym noted above may be something they previously did, but appear to not do this now. Just an FYI to anyone considering this. Email pasted below.
