That's how NZ works for qualification periods. I assume you meant your anniversary for Silver Requalification was March 15.

Just process applying here. Unlike other recent posts in this thread, you were getting your new card prior to the expiry of your current year. Your gold card should arrive in late March, although following recent posts, it may be the first week of April.
