Back in the day the Happy Talk Lounge at Hanalei Bay Resort was a great place to enjoy happy hour specials with the sun going down over Bali Hai and hear some local music. What a screwed up story that place has been. Supposedly it's under reconstruction. Again/still. Will check on that too.
