Most Hilton lounges in the USA charge for alcohol - the only one that I'm familiar with where the alcohol is free would be Salt Lake City (Airport), where they even give drink coupons for the bar on weekends when the lounge itself is closed.

Embassy Suites has alcohol included at their nightly manager's reception (for all paying guests, not just elites) along with chips + salsa and such, while Homewood Suites properties feature a similar (though usually less chaotic) setup Mon- Thurs evenings including beer and wine (usually not bad quality!) and a hot dinner-like item (burgers, lasagne, etc.) also.

Not all Hilton brand properties have dedicated Lounges at present, though that's to be standardized ... sometime in the next year (or so).
