Mid-J is where WTP gets to disembark before F and J and has the added bonus of Club Kitchen

Congratulations on making it crystal clear for the OP
I would summarize it thus:
* Same food.
* Same customer service.
* Chance of a better entertainment system with 777.
* 777 cabin feels a bit more crammed (IMHO).
* 777 may have some business class passengers walking past you during boarding. 747 doesn't experience this.
* Avoid rows 4 and 5 in any case.
Personally I prefer the 747 F cabin due to a more spacious and private feeling.
